Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
Support the planning and coordination of trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain brand consistency and support marketing initiatives.
Track and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
Up to 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or event coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with marketing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in B2B marketing or the HVAC/mechanical services industry.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

This role is based in Riverside, CA, and involves office-based and field marketing responsibilities. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute innovative campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.
