Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman to lead the installation of HVAC systems, focusing on duct work, in commercial buildings in Orange, CA. The ideal candidate is local, with a stable work history and at least 5 years of experience in commercial mechanical installations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HVAC installation teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Interpret blueprints and project requirements.
• Maintain quality control and project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Proven supervisory experience in the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and duct work installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Local candidates with stable work history are preferred.
