Key Responsibilities:
Design and layout HVAC systems for commercial projects.
Develop and optimize HVAC system schematics, ensuring energy efficiency and adherence to local building codes.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure successful integration and execution of HVAC designs.
Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to produce detailed drawings and schematics.
Conduct load calculations, energy modeling, and equipment selection.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in HVAC technology and integrate them into our design solutions.
Review, refine, and validate HVAC designs, ensuring they meet all requirements and standards.
Coordinate with the installation team to provide support during the execution phase.
Qualifications:
Must be local to Spokane, WA.
A stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC design.
Proficiency with design software tools, especially AutoCAD and Revit.
Knowledge of local building codes and HVAC design standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
