- Implement, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC control systems.
- Lead the commissioning process for new control systems installations.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC control systems and related equipment.
- Work closely with Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize overall system efficiency.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to meet client-specific requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all service activities and installations.
- Adhere to the highest safety standards in all operations.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in HVAC controls.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in commercial HVAC controls.
- Proficient in the setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC control systems.
- Strong familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Knowledgeable in various control systems, including those for chillers and boilers.
- EPA Certification highly regarded.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of both independent and collaborative work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Omaha, NE.
- Demonstrated stable and progressive professional history, emphasizing reliability and commitment to the field.
