Job Title: Electrical/BAS Foreman/Supervisor
Location: Honolulu, HI

Position Overview
We seek an experienced Electrical/BAS (Building Automation Systems) Foreman/Supervisor to lead and manage electrical and BAS installation projects in Honolulu, HI's dynamic commercial construction sector. This role demands hands-on leadership, technical expertise in electrical systems, and comprehensive knowledge of building automation technologies. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate teams of electricians and BAS technicians on commercial mechanical construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and BAS, including control integration for HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
  • Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and BAS control diagrams to guide installations and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Ensure all work meets industry standards, local electrical codes, and project specifications, strongly focusing on safety and quality.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to streamline workflows and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years in electrical and BAS systems within commercial mechanical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Proficiency in BAS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, conduit installation, and electrical code compliance.
  • Demonstrated stability in employment with a focus on local projects in the Honolulu, HI area.
