Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical field teams, ensuring the safe and efficient installation of electrical systems for commercial mechanical projects.
Oversee project execution, coordinating with HVAC, piping, and plumbing teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical infrastructure.
Ensure code compliance, reviewing electrical plans and installations to meet NEC, local building codes, and industry standards.
Optimize workflow by managing schedules, materials, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to address technical challenges and deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
5+ years of electrical field leadership experience in commercial mechanical construction.
Expertise in electrical systems related to HVAC, chillers, boilers, building automation, and mechanical piping.
Strong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical safety regulations, and commercial construction best practices.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) is preferred.
Local and stable work history with a proven track record of managing electrical crews and delivering successful projects.
