Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all phases of mechanical construction projects, ensuring successful execution of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems from preconstruction through project completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, aligning with project goals and maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Work closely with design teams, project managers, and stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions that optimize project performance.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and budget integrity.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- EIT or PE license preferred but not required.
- Extensive experience in mechanical construction management, with a strong focus on HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems in commercial and industrial projects.
- Proficiency in construction management and estimation software, including Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Demonstrated success in managing large, complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven record of consistent employment and successful project delivery within the mechanical construction industry.
