Key Qualifications
- Controls installation, service, start-up, and commissioning experience.
- Expertise in point-to-point testing and building automation programming.
- Strongly prefer candidates with Niagara Tridium N4 Certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the controls industry.
- Stable work history.
Core Responsibilities
- Install, service, and commission building automation control systems for various commercial and industrial clients.
- Perform start-up and point-to-point testing procedures to ensure systems are running optimally.
- Program controllers and user interfaces according to project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair system components as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the project team to understand scope, timelines, and client expectations.
- Provide technical support to clients, answering queries and solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all service actions, including components utilized and hours worked, and maintain a service log.

- Demonstrable technical proficiency in building automation systems, control installation, and programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting system issues.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
