Key Qualifications
Controls installation, service, start-up, and commissioning experience.
Expertise in point-to-point testing and building automation programming.
Strongly prefer candidates with Niagara Tridium N4 Certification.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the controls industry.
Stable work history.
Core Responsibilities
Install, service, and commission building automation control systems for various commercial and industrial clients.
Perform start-up and point-to-point testing procedures to ensure systems are running optimally.
Program controllers and user interfaces according to project specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair system components as needed to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with the project team to understand scope, timelines, and client expectations.
Provide technical support to clients, answering queries and solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document all service actions, including components utilized and hours worked, and maintain a service log.
Required Skills and Expertise
Demonstrable technical proficiency in building automation systems, control installation, and programming.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting system issues.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
