We are seeking a talented and experienced Controls Sales/Account Executive to join our team in Bellingham, WA. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial building automation controls with expertise in systems such as Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, and Distech. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including installation, service, start-up, commissioning, point-to-point, programming, estimating, sales, design and engineering, and project or account management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their building automation needs and propose tailored solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, including design, installation, and commissioning.
Conduct point-to-point checks, programming, and ensure systems meet specified requirements.
Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals, considering client specifications and budget constraints.
Actively participate in sales and marketing activities to promote building automation services.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and advancements in building automation controls.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various control systems, including Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, and Distech.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building automation controls.
Knowledge and experience with systems such as Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, and Distech.
N4 Certification is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in installation, service, start-up, commissioning, point-to-point, programming, estimating, sales, design and engineering, and project or account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
