Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing control systems projects.
- Develop and review project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to control systems.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role with a stable work history.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. An EIT or PE license is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio.
- Familiarity with BACnet and DDC controls.
- Experience with control systems such as Tridium, Dystype, Niagara, ALC, Allerton, Johnson Controls, Metasys, and others.
- Project Management Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of additional control systems and technologies.
- Experience working with large-scale control systems projects.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
