Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior project managers to oversee building automation control projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of sophisticated control systems across a variety of commercial environments.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create and revise technical schematics and project designs, ensuring all details accurately meet project specifications.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving control system challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project progress reports, to ensure all stakeholders are informed of the project status.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience specializing in building automation controls, with a solid track record of successful project management.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, with the ability to produce and modify detailed project drawings and schematics.
- In-depth knowledge of the processes involved in the installation, servicing, and programming of building automation systems in commercial settings.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
- Certifications in industry-standard systems such as Tridium, Niagara, or N4 are a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with teams and clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a dedication to quality project outcomes.
