Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales efforts for commercial BAS controls systems, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Harness in-depth product knowledge to provide potential clients with tailored solutions to their unique needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and present appropriate solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
- Offer expert insights based on hands-on experience in BAS installation, service, programming, and project management.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their evolving needs and offering solutions that position our company as their preferred vendor.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Provide precise estimates and quotes for prospective projects, ensuring profitability while delivering client value.
Qualifications:
- Must be locally based in Riverside, CA.
- Demonstrated stable work history.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial BAS controls systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- EIT or PE license is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive experience in various facets of BAS, including installation, service, programming, estimating, sales, and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a strategic sales mindset.
