Ensure the service vehicle is properly maintained, stocked with essential tools and parts, and meets all safety guidelines.
Strengthen customer relations by delivering exceptional service, providing technical insights, and ensuring satisfaction with all repair and maintenance work.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HVAC-R is highly valued.
A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial refrigeration technology, or 3 years with a relevant Technical School degree.
Comprehensive knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems, including diagnostics, repair, and maintenance techniques.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and apply basic electrical principles.
Certified in safe handling of refrigerants and familiar with the regulations governing hazardous materials.
Preferred:
