Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, ensuring they function efficiently and effectively.
Respond promptly to service calls, providing solutions for plumbing malfunctions and emergencies.
Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues that could lead to future problems, offering preventative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
Residency in or near Orange, CA, accompanied by a stable work history.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing service and repair.
Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving plumbing malfunctions in commercial environments.
Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and the tools and techniques required for servicing them.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
