Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVACR systems.
Facilitate smooth commissioning of new systems.
Address issues in HVACR equipment, controls, and large units, including chillers and boilers.
Collaborate with Building Automation System (BAS) controls for system efficiency.
Ensure peak performance of chiller systems, boilers, and large tonnage units.
Offer technical solutions tailored to client needs.
Keep detailed records of all service and installation activities.
Uphold stringent safety standards.
Stay updated with the latest HVACR technologies and practices.
Qualifications:
5+ years in commercial HVACR services.
Expertise in HVACR system setup and commissioning.
Familiarity with BAS controls.
Experience with chillers, boilers, and large units preferred.
EPA certification is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Clear communication skills.
San Diego residency or nearby.
