Responsibilities:
Conduct installation, servicing, repair, and commissioning of various commercial HVAC systems, including large tonnage units, chillers, boilers, VRFs, compressors, VAVs, VFDs, fan coils, and air handling units.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues within HVAC systems, providing efficient and reliable solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Adhere to strict safety standards and protocols, maintaining a safe work environment for all.
Keep accurate service records and documentation for all projects and services performed.
Requirements:
Residency in Denver, CO, or willingness to relocate, with a stable and consistent work history.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
Significant experience in the servicing, repair, and maintenance of large-scale HVAC systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
