Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of HVAC service technicians, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and job performance.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing service needs.
Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and profitability of service contracts.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to service technicians.
Work closely with sales and project teams to identify service opportunities and drive growth.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service management or a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Proven ability to lead, train, and manage service technicians.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software, service management tools, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and drive operational efficiency.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
