Job Title: Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor
Location: Riverside, CA

Overview
We are hiring a Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor to lead and oversee our field operations in Riverside, CA. This role is crucial to ensuring the success of our commercial mechanical construction projects. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate field technicians on commercial HVAC installation projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
  • Review project plans, schedules, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
  • Train and mentor field staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct job site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, blueprints, and HVAC installation techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, resolve job site challenges, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with large-scale mechanical construction projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software or scheduling tools.
  • EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
Location & Work Environment

This position is based in Riverside, CA, and work is primarily conducted on commercial construction job sites. The role requires regular travel within the region and work in outdoor and indoor settings with varying conditions.
