Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline focused on selling commercial HVAC projects to clients in the Corona area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information on client needs and develop tailored HVAC solutions.
- Estimate project costs accurately, taking into account materials, labor, and other factors.
- Present and negotiate project proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in estimating and selling commercial HVAC projects.
- Excellent sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficient in using software tools for project estimation, scheduling, and documentation.
- Must be local to Corona, CA, or willing to relocate.
- Stable work history and adherence to company policies and procedures.
