Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline focused on selling commercial HVAC projects to clients in the Corona area.
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  3. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information on client needs and develop tailored HVAC solutions.
  4. Estimate project costs accurately, taking into account materials, labor, and other factors.
  5. Present and negotiate project proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
  8. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  9. Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in estimating and selling commercial HVAC projects.
  2. Excellent sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
