Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on identifying and meeting their HVAC service and maintenance needs.
  • Conduct site visits, assess rooftop and mechanical systems, and identify opportunities for preventative maintenance programs.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals and present tailored solutions that address client-specific HVAC challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years in HVAC project sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and HVAC equipment. Knowledge of local Building and Mechanical Codes is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Comfortable performing rooftop inspections and assessing mechanical systems in the field.
  • Demonstrated commitment to building a long-term career with a stable and local work history in the commercial mechanical industry.
Preferred Skills
  • Expertise in business development, account management, and lead generation within the HVAC or mechanical construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of local building and mechanical regulations to support compliance-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure in a dynamic sales environment.
