We are actively seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer for our dynamic team in Astoria, OR. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in handling complex HVAC systems, including large rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems. Responsibilities:
  • Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of various commercial HVAC systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with all specifications.

  • Perform detailed diagnostics and troubleshooting to accurately identify issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all service and repair tasks, including managing the inventory of necessary parts and supplies.
  • Uphold exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction with all completed work.

Requirements:
  • Residency in Astoria, OR, or willingness to relocate to the area.
  • A minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC/sheet metal installation experience, specifically with large RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting system blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC principles, refrigerant handling, and the electrical/mechanical components of HVAC systems.
  • Demonstrated stable work history in the commercial HVAC industry, reflecting reliability and commitment to quality.
  • Strong adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
