Job Title: Senior HVAC Sales/Business Development Manager
Location: Riverside, CA

Job Summary:
We seek an ambitious and results-driven Senior HVAC Sales/Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Riverside, CA. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing daily sales operations, managing office staff, and fostering strong relationships with commercial HVAC clients. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across the team.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage office staff to drive performance and professional development.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive client acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.
  • Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet timelines, budget expectations, and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed quotes, contracts, and proposals while promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management and procurement, to handle purchase orders and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and/or management, preferably within the HVAC or sheet metal industry.
  • Strong background in project management, business development, and customer service.
  • Proven success in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management within the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Proficient knowledge of SMACNA standards for duct work and industrial-scope HVAC projects.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with data entry, CRM platforms, and order processing systems.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • High energy with a proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Location & Work Environment:
This position is based in Riverside, CA, in an office setting with occasional site visits as needed. You'll work closely with internal teams, project managers, and customers to support HVAC projects and drive business growth.
