We seek a results-driven Commercial HVAC Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic Los Angeles, CA team. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily sales operations, lead office staff, and cultivate strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily inside sales operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Manage, mentor, and support office staff to drive high performance and professional development.
  • Build strong customer relationships to support client acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Develop and implement workflow processes to streamline operations and improve departmental efficiency.
  • Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Prepare detailed quotes, contracts, and proposals while promptly addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage purchase orders and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and/or management, preferably within the HVAC or sheet metal industry.
  • Strong project management and customer service background, focusing on commercial HVAC projects.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
  • Proficient understanding of SMACNA standards for duct work and industrial-scope HVAC projects.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
