Responsibilities
Oversee daily sales operations and manage office staff effectively.
Foster strong customer relationships to drive client acquisition, retention, and growth.
Develop and implement workflow processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Prepare quotes and contracts and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Collaborate with other departments to handle purchase orders and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
5-10 years of experience in sales and/or management, preferably in the HVAC/sheet metal industry.
Strong background in project management and customer service.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
Proficient in SMACNA standards for duct work and industrial-scope projects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with data entry and order processing systems.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
