Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot building automation system malfunctions, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.
- Oversee and execute the start-up, commissioning, and calibration of building automation controls to guarantee adherence to client specifications and industry standards.
- Promptly attend to service calls, fostering an image of reliability and trustworthiness among our clientele.

Qualifications:
- Must reside in or near Spokane, WA.
- Demonstrable stability in previous professional roles.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in building automation controls service, including start-up and commissioning responsibilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building automation systems, encompassing their design, operation, and maintenance protocols.
