Summary
We seek a highly skilled Building Automation Account Manager in Seattle, WA. This role requires a local candidate with a stable work history and advanced knowledge of building automation controls. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise and a passion for driving success in the commercial mechanical construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Led and managed building automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Utilize advanced knowledge in building automation controls to design, implement, and optimize systems. Familiarity with Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric is essential.
Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, installation, and service departments, to ensure cohesive project execution and client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market, leveraging industry knowledge and connections to expand our client base.
Qualifications
Proven experience building automation controls, strongly favoring candidates from recognized control contractors.
Advanced understanding of building automation systems and related software tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
Candidates must be local to the Seattle area and have a demonstrated stable employment history.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
