Overview
We seek a motivated BAS Senior Account Manager in Ellensburg, WA. Managed customer relationships and executed Support Agreements (SA). Responsibilities include planning and scheduling SA activities, sales assistance, small projects, energy analytics, and occasionally overseeing subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Sales-to-Ops turnover meetings.
- Set up and manage new agreements.
- Schedule SA visits on the Master Load Calendar.
- Review SA needs with Service Account Executives.
- Plan follow-up visits with customers.
- Maintain service work records and training.
- Provide and explain service work documentation.
- Respond to emergency requests.
- Review monthly financial reports for SAs.
- Conduct ongoing audits.
- Meet with management to review financial status.
- Ensure timely invoice processing and follow-up on aging AR.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications.
- Understanding of mechanical systems.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and diffuse stressful interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with Building Mechanical Systems and Controls.
- Account management and project management experience.
- Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.
- Financial understanding in managing service agreements.
- Proficiency with internal software for scheduling and managing agreements.
