Job Title: BAS/Controls Sr. Technician

Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled BAS/Controls senior technician with extensive experience building automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history with commercial control contractors and proficiency in tritium, Niagara, and Siemens systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, program, and commission building automation systems (BAS).
Troubleshoot and repair BAS and control equipment.
Integrate various HVAC, lighting, and security systems into a cohesive automation system.
Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Provide technical support and training to clients and junior technicians.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation controls.
Proficiency with tritium, Niagara, siemens, and similar systems.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
Proven track record with stable work history at reputable commercial control contractors such as Sunbelt Controls, Climatec, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience
Experience with additional systems such as distech, N4, Johnson Controls, or Medesis.
Certification in relevant BAS systems.
Familiarity with energy management and optimization strategies.
