Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair building automation controls for HVAC systems, ensuring optimal operation in commercial environments.
Conduct regular system diagnostics and troubleshooting to prevent and resolve any issues related to automation controls.
Collaborate with operations teams to enhance system performance, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability in building environments.
Provide detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Assist in designing and implementing new control systems and upgrades to existing systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to building operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in building automation systems, particularly with HVAC controls in data centers, labs, or hospital settings.
Familiarity with building automation products and systems from leading industry providers.
Strong understanding of the operation and maintenance of chillers and large applied HVAC equipment.
A history of stable employment, indicating reliability and dedication in past technical roles.
Technical certification or a degree in a related field is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
