Position Overview
We seek a proactive and experienced BAS Account Manager to join our team. The BAS Account Manager will manage Support Agreements (SA), interface with customers, provide sales assistance, manage parts quotes, oversee small projects, and participate in energy analytics assessments. This role requires robust DDC Control Theory & Applications knowledge and fundamental mechanical systems concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Support Agreements, including scheduling and execution.
- Set up new agreements and perform customer kick-off meetings.
- Schedule and ensure completion of SA visits and emergency site visits.
- Maintain comprehensive records and provide documentation to customers.
- Review financial reports, conduct audits, and manage SA budgets.
- Ensure timely invoice processing and follow-up on aging AR.
- Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications.
- Understanding of fundamental mechanical systems concepts.
- Experience in building mechanical systems and controls.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
- Problem-solving abilities.
