Responsibilities
Install, maintain, test, and repair backflow prevention devices in commercial and industrial settings.
Diagnosed and troubleshot plumbing issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure plumbing systems meet safety and code compliance.
Maintain accurate records of backflow testing, repairs, and certifications for regulatory reporting.
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing service calls, prioritizing safety and minimizing downtime.
Collaborate with clients, property managers, and team members to address plumbing needs professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of plumbing experience, focusing on commercial systems.
Current backflow prevention certification.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and backflow prevention procedures.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with property management companies or in high-rise commercial buildings.
Familiarity with Phoenix's plumbing codes and local regulations.
Additional certifications in plumbing or related fields.
