Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist in managing all phases of mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Technical Assistance: Aid in the application and monitoring of HVAC systems according to project requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operation and clear communication.
• Compliance and Safety: Help uphold strict safety standards and compliance with local regulations throughout each project.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize tools like Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera, Procore, and Viewpoint to support project tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least three years in a supporting role within project management, ideally in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera, Procore, and Viewpoint.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Phoenix area’s codes and construction regulations is a plus.
