We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Commercial HVAC Assistant Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or construction management, possess hands-on experience in commercial HVAC design, estimating, and project management, and be familiar with industry-standard software tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore. The candidate should have a stable work history and a proven track record of successfully managing large commercial HVAC projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with the design and estimating teams to ensure accurate project specifications and cost estimates.
Conduct project site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Utilize industry-standard software tools, including BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore, to manage project documentation, schedules, and communication.
Assist in the preparation of project status reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings, providing valuable insights and solutions to address challenges and ensure project success.
Maintain a strong emphasis on safety protocols and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project efficiency and achieve client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC design, estimating, and project management.
Familiarity with industry-standard software tools, including BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
