Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of GAAP-compliant financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal and external audit processes, including testing controls and financial systems, to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Develop and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making for commercial and industrial projects.
- Ensure proper financial management and reporting for nuclear and power projects, including cost analysis, contract compliance, and risk assessment.
- Mentor and guide the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial control, with a strong emphasis on GAAP and auditing.
- Proven experience with commercial and industrial projects, especially in the nuclear and power sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in auditing, testing, and internal controls.
- Local and stable work history with a track record of successful leadership in financial operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
