Job Title: Senior Human Resources Recruiter

Overview: Our organization seeks a Senior Human Resources Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts, playing a critical role in shaping our workforce by attracting and hiring top-tier professionals across all levels. This strategic position requires a blend of expertise in recruitment methodologies, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to partner effectively with department leaders to fulfill the company's talent needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization's workforce needs, from entry-level positions to executive roles.
  • Serve as a key partner to department heads and hiring managers, offering insights and guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent sourcing techniques.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employer branding and position the company as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing methods to build a diverse talent pool, leveraging professional networks, social media, and recruitment technologies.
  • Implement and refine recruitment metrics and analytics to assess effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment campaigns and strategies.
  • Mentor and guide HR and recruitment team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation, with the ability to navigate complex hiring landscapes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and potential candidates.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and recruitment software to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate engagement.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR or recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, AIRS).
