Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and cooling towers.
  • Perform preventive maintenance services and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components, including motors, compressors, and control systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by professionally communicating findings, solutions, and recommendations to clients.
  • Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Mentor and assist junior technicians with technical support and on-the-job training.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical HVAC systems.
  • EPA Universal Certification is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
  • NATE certification or other relevant industry certifications.
  • Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and energy management solutions.
Location & Work Environment
This position is based in Riverside, CA, and involves work performed at various regional commercial and industrial sites. The role requires travel between job sites and working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
