Overview
We are hiring a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Orange, CA. Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring proper operation of equipment.
  • Communicate with customers to explain findings, recommendations, and service details.
  • Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies while working on-site.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
  • EPA Section 608 certification (Universal preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both mechanical and electrical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Location & Work Environment
  • This role is based in Orange, CA, and involves travel to various commercial job sites.
  • Work will primarily be in commercial buildings, including offices, retail, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
  • Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
