Job Summary
We seek an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead complex commercial plumbing projects in the dynamic Los Angeles market. The ideal candidate will deeply understand large-scale plumbing systems for commercial buildings, including tenant improvements, medical facilities, and special projects. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale commercial plumbing projects, including high-rise buildings, hospitals, and mixed-use developments.
  • Develop and manage project budgets while providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for plumbing systems, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
  • Oversee the installation and coordination of complex piping systems, including water, sanitary, and gas piping, as well as medical gas systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Utilize advanced project management tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD to monitor project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and streamline project workflow.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities to grow project portfolios.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 
  • With 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing project management, they strongly focus on tenant improvements, large-scale developments, and healthcare facilities.
  • Technical proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Trimble AutoBid, and AutoCAD/Revit is essential; experience with Navisworks and other BIM software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the installation of medical gas systems, backflow prevention, and complex piping systems.
  • Local and stable work history in Los Angeles, CA, with a strong understanding of the regional building codes, regulations, and labor markets.
  • Strong skills in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
