Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Review specifications for scope or pricing impacts.
- Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and design teams to gather data and address project changes.
- Identify potential issues in bid documents.
- Supervise estimating team members.
