Job Overview
 We seek a Piping/HVAC Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive sales and maintain relationships with key commercial mechanical construction industry clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with pre-existing customers and identify new business opportunities within the commercial mechanical sector, focusing on piping, HVAC, and related systems.
  • Provide expert guidance and solutions to customers, utilizing your knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, and HVAC systems to tailor proposals and meet client needs.
  • Oversee the coordination of labor, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects, including job walks, plan and spec bids, and proposal building.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and enhance the company's footprint in the Phoenix area.
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals, focusing on building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in commercial mechanical trades, including plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC, or sheet metal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in mechanical systems within commercial environments.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including coordinating labor, customer meetings, and proposal development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in client-facing roles, proposal building, and solution selling.
  • Candidates must be local to the Phoenix area and have a demonstrated track record of stable employment in the mechanical construction industry.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with plan and spec bids and project proposal development.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools and technologies such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit.
