Job Description:

We seek a dedicated and experienced Microsoft Integration Architect to join our IT team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal planning, design, deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of our comprehensive Microsoft server, cloud, hardware, and software environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and architectural design of Microsoft server and cloud solutions, ensuring robust integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the deployment and configuration of Microsoft infrastructure, guaranteeing the seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance of Microsoft software and hardware, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Provide advanced support for our Microsoft environment, troubleshooting complex issues to maintain system integrity and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and meet the company's technological needs, developing strategic solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining an in-depth understanding of Microsoft technology updates and integrating cutting-edge solutions to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

  • Local to the area, demonstrating a stable work history, with the ability to foster strong local networks.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in the planning, design, deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft servers, cloud, hardware, and software is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of designing and implementing Microsoft solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and leading project initiatives.
  • A commitment to staying informed on the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
