Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients, building owners, and general contractors to generate sales leads and secure HVAC projects in the commercial sector.
  • Provide expert consultation on commercial HVAC systems, including design, installation, and service, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Estimate project costs, prepare proposals, and present comprehensive sales pitches to potential clients, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to installation and service, supporting the execution of projects.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Riverside market, keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging HVAC technologies.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service and at least three years in HVAC sales and estimating.
  • Proven track record of success in securing and managing commercial HVAC projects within the Riverside, CA, area.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, focusing on commercial solutions such as chillers, boilers, and building automation systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with estimating software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoBid, and proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
