Job Overview
We seek a motivated and experienced Industrial HVAC Sales Representative to drive sales of high-quality duct work, sheet metal products, and industrial dust collection and exhaust systems. This role is based in Orange, CA, and focuses on expanding its commercial and industrial HVAC market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand sales of duct work, sheet metal, and industrial HVAC systems within the Orange, CA, market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
  • Leverage your knowledge of HVAC systems, duct fabrication, and industrial exhaust and dust collection systems to provide clients with expert recommendations and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position products and services and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with internal engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and outstanding client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of proven sales experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or industrial products, strongly emphasizing duct work and industrial exhaust systems.
  • Strong technical proficiency in HVAC systems, particularly dust collection and exhaust systems, with the ability to translate this expertise into successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential. Experience with Autodesk Fabrication or other industry-specific software is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, focusing on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • A strong understanding of the regional market and client base requires a local and stable work history in the Orange, CA, area.
