Job Overview
We seek an experienced Customer Success Manager specializing in Building Automation to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role is integral to delivering exceptional client support, driving efficiency, and ensuring satisfaction across various building automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical knowledge in building automation, a local presence in the Seattle area, and a stable work history.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and resolving technical or operational issues related to building automation systems.
  • Leverage advanced knowledge of building automation systems to guide clients through system performance, optimizations, and upgrades, ensuring their systems meet operational goals.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with project managers, technicians, and engineers to ensure seamless integration and ongoing support for building automation projects.
  • Provide high-level troubleshooting for automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Schneider Electric to ensure maximum system uptime and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, helping clients achieve greater energy efficiency, cost savings, and operational success.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must be local to the Seattle area and have a demonstrated stable work history in a related field.
  • Expertise in automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Distech, ALC, Bacnet, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Schneider Electric is essential.
  •  Ability to diagnose and resolve complex building automation issues, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with software platforms like Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
Preferred Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar customer success, account management, or technical consulting role within the building automation or mechanical construction industry.
  • Experience working with contractors in the Seattle market, preferably with a background in building automation or control contractors.
