We seek a results-driven HVAC/DDC Controls Sales - Account Manager to grow service agreements, repairs, and modernization projects. This role focuses on relationship-building, understanding client needs, and offering targeted solutions to optimize client operations.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell HVAC/DDC control services and solutions to new and existing clients, including maintenance contracts, system upgrades, and repair services.
- Create and implement territory and account management strategies, ensuring a pipeline of high-value prospects while strengthening relationships with current clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, effectively communicate product value, and build lasting relationships by aligning solutions with client business goals.
- Meet or exceed sales metrics by prioritizing customer-focused opportunities, negotiating contracts and renewals, and addressing client requests efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HVAC/DDC products to advise clients effectively, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in system optimization.
- A high school diploma, GED, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field are a plus.
- At least 2+ years of HVAC/Controls sales experience, with demonstrated success in service agreements and technical sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for organized tracking and reporting.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and time-management skills, with a goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in direct sales to end users, with a proven ability to identify and capture upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Local and stable work history in Denver, demonstrating a commitment to the regional market and industry networks.
