Job Description
We seek an experienced HVAC Service/Project Sales to drive client relationships and business growth in the commercial HVAC sector. Based in Los Angeles, CA, this role will focus on managing client needs, overseeing high-priority service calls, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HVAC professional with solid sales and customer management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring retention and new business development.
- Manage Account Coordinator and collaborate with internal teams to meet client demands.
- Oversee high-priority service calls and provide after-hours support.
- Prepared client reports and maintain accurate records of contracts and renewals.
- Meet business development KPIs, including sales quotas and customer satisfaction goals.
- Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth service delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC service.
- 5+ years in a management role in an office environment.
- Expertise in HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, BAS).
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and resolving client issues.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Service Channel, FEXA, Corrigo) and tools like Excel, Outlook, and ServiceTitan.
- HVAC industry certifications are a plus.
