Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector, maintaining and expanding client relationships.
- Oversee HVAC projects from sales through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and present accurate project estimates, evaluating scope, cost, and potential challenges for commercial HVAC installation and service projects.
- Act as a technical expert, consulting with clients on system design, implementation, and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
- Work closely with installation and service teams to coordinate project needs and ensure high-quality execution.
- Proven experience in Riverside, CA, with a stable work history is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC installation or service experience and three years of HVAC sales and project estimating expertise.
- Proficiency in commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Distech, or Metasys.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk software, including AutoCAD and Revit, is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and project expectations.
