Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide accurate estimates for HVAC installation and service projects.
- Prepared and presented detailed sales proposals to clients, outlining project scope, costs, and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in the company's CRM system.
- Local to the Sacramento, CA area.
- Stable work history with a minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
- At least three years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in preparing and presenting detailed sales proposals.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in HVAC or related disciplines.
- Experience using CRM software for managing sales activities and customer relationships.
