Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and other system components.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, facility managers, and other decision-makers within the mechanical construction and HVAC industries.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems to deliver tailored, cost-effective solutions that meet each client's specific needs, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects, from proposal through to successful delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously identify new business opportunities, market shifts, and potential ways to expand the client base.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related technical field is preferred.
- Proven success in HVAC sales, with a solid commercial mechanical construction industry background.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, systems, and components, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of the Las Vegas, NV market, with a demonstrated track record of local and stable work history.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit is highly desirable.
