Role Overview
We seek a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Inside Sales Manager to join our Los Angeles, CA team. This pivotal role involves leading the inside sales operations focused on HVAC products and services. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the inside sales team, providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue in the HVAC sector.
  • Accurately prepare and manage quotes, contracts, and proposals, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with other departments, including operations, procurement, and engineering, to deliver seamless project execution and customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals, maintaining high organization and productivity.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; additional certification or training in HVAC, business management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales, focusing on HVAC products or services. Prior experience in managing an inside sales team is a plus.
  • She has demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention and driving sales growth within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a solid ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
